10 Tips to Build A Million Dollar MLM Business
1. Become a Dream Merchant
Capture the vision for other people.
Find out why they got involved in network marketing.
Find their goals and dreams.
It's all about them.
Where these is no dream there is no hope.
2. Build Relationships
Relationships are the life blood of your business.
It's people helping people.
Set the stage for teamwork.
Don't take the spotlight. What's important to them.
Become best friends. Become business partners.
3. Show your new team member how they fit in
People want to belong to something that is bigger than them.
Get them involved in your team trainings.
4. Work the leading edge of the business.
Spend most of your time where the action is.
Don't let the wrong people take up your time.
5. Keep a planning calendar.
Be organized.
Do things in order of importance.
You don't want to book 2 appointments at the same time.
6. Never take negative downline.
Challenges go upline.
Encourage/praises go downline.
Dreams and goals go sideline.
7. Never Stop Sponsoring.
Always do the activity.
Never stop growing.
Always get yourself uncomfortable.
Do the activity - the results will show up.
8. Be growth oriented as well as goal oriented.
Always pay attention to the history of your organization.
Know your business.
9. Be a Leader.
Work on personal development.
Always work on improving you.
Work on Yourself...work on YOU.
Be an example.
Help others become more successful.
Grow into the person you were meant to be.
Don't give orders you are not willing to do yourself.
10. Become the king & queen of recognition.
Publicly praise people for a job well done.

The Winner's Circle by Denis Waitley
The Winner's Circle by Dr. Denis Waitley...a great article and found it appropriate it being the Olympics.
Every four years we see those five brilliant, interlocking Olympic rings on flags and in television and billboard advertising globally. The Olympic Games are where the best in the world go for the gold and the few stand, listening to their national anthem, in the coveted winner’s circle. If the five Olympic rings were attitudes of champions in every profession, these five attitudes would be prominent in the mindset of the peak performer:
Paying the Price. Everyone wants to win, but few are willing to invest the time and effort. Paying the price means focusing on developing the skills and training regimen of champions—observation, imitation, repetition and the internalization of knowledge into habits; also, learning why and how to go the extra mile and seeing success as a marathon, not a dash. Champions view failures as temporary inconveniences and learning experiences.
The Olympian Within. Winners believe in their worth in advance of their performance. Most people base their worth on their current status or achievement level, which means that until they are judged successful by society’s standards, they have little to be proud of. Champions believe in their dreams when they have only a dream to hang on to, even in the face of criticism and superior achievements by others.
Non-situational Integrity. Authentic, lasting winners have an uncompromising attitude about self-honesty. They function according to an “integrity triangle,” consisting of three basic questions: (a) Are my beliefs based upon truth? (b) Do my words and actions correspond with truth and honesty? (c) Before I speak or act, do I honestly consider the impact of my decision on other people and the environment?
The “Coachability” Factor. Champions are always open to alternatives to improve their performance. Consistent winners are not the arrogant egotists who dominate the media spotlight. The most successful individuals in the game of life are often the most approachable, most gracious, least judgmental of others and most critical of their own performances, as well as most eager to learn and improve.
Being a Team Player. A team in harmony is synergy in motion, where the whole is greater than the sum of the individual talents. When all assignments are understood, when each takes 100 percent responsibility for the outcome, a quantum leap in performance takes place. Winners learn how to become interdependent—without sacrificing individuality—and how to stand out, while fitting in.

PERSISTENCE IS REQUIRED TO REACH ANY GOAL
"Keep trying" is the rule that must be followed to be successful at anything
Your success will always be connected with your actions.
Just keep moving towards your goal.
You'll make mistakes but don't ever quit.
You may even have to hang on after others have let go.
Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle,
to do all that's necessary to reach your goal.
In the end, the only people who fail are those that do not try.
To achieve something great takes time and persistence.

It's Not About Products or Companies
Destiny. Everyone has a destiny. You have a destiny.
A great thing about destiny, is that we have a significant role in shaping our own destiny. You have a destiny, You have a purpose as to why you are here on this earth. You are no accident, You might have been born out of wedlock, maybe the result of rape, or maybe you were an unwanted child, maybe you were given up for adoption, God has a plan for you and your life. A HUGE plan. A plan that is bigger than you can even think or imagine. What is your passion? If money was not an issue, what would you do?
Do you believe that you can achieve a life of abundance?
Many people don’t believe that they can achieve what lies in their heart. They think that success is for someone else, a better person, a smarter person.
If you are going to achieve the abundance in life you must first believe you can. We face our own continual self-sabotage of stinkin thinkin. Success is a mindset, so if you want to be a success, you must start thinking yourself as successful.
It doesn’t matter what your current resources are, it doesn’t matter what you currently earn, it doesn’t matter what family you come from. Nothing in your current circumstances matters in whether or not you can achieve your destiny, or achieve your success. You need to continually tell yourself “I can do it” and “ I am good enough”.
All the qualities you seek, including the physical manifestation of more money in your life, already lies within you.
Life is from the inside out, and you have been given all the resources you need to make your dreams a reality.
When it comes to money, You are your source, not your job, your investments, your employer, your education, your partner, your luck or your parents. It all lies in you, and you connecting with God, our limitless creator. Understanding that your success is inside of you and not out there some where, is the first gateway to freedom on your path to more money in your life.
Most of us have been taught to pursue success by what we want to do. We want new cars and we want to travel, or buy that new house. Our tendency is to go directly for those things and the money that will provide them.
Our greatest point of leverage to achieve anything and everything we want is not what we have, but who we are. It is who we are, and who we are being in the moment, that creates the tangible results in our lives.
Envision yourself as a person who does deserve happiness, health and wealth.
Network Marketing is personal development with a compensation plan. You have to become the person you were meant to be, to attract the people to you.
